Prenatal Group Class
During these prenatal group classes, we provide a comprehensive approach to expectant mothers through themed classes each week. We offer guided breathwork techniques for relaxation and promote connection with your body and baby. Additionally, we emphasize maintaining wholistic health and mobility throughout pregnancy.
All in all, our sessions aim to equip you with basic knowledge and provide a supportive guide to navigate pregnancy and childbirth confidently, ensuring a holistic and empowering experience for expectant mothers. ​
